Keith is joined by Dr Olivia Sagan, Head of the Division of Psychology, Sociology and Education and QMU's Wellbeing Adviser Louise Gill to talk about loneliness and isolation during lockdown, and how we can look after our mental health and wellbeing in these challenging times. They also give us their book recommendations and discuss how they have been keeping well in their spare time - from running, cooking and sketching to improving Spanish language skills and catching up on some trashy TV!

Students can get in touch with the University’s wellbeing service by emailing [email protected]. There are also links to helpful resources on the wellbeing section of the QMU website - https://www.qmu.ac.uk/study-here/student-services/wellbeing-service.

Staff can access support through the ‘besupported’ Employee Assistance Programme, their HR Partner or trade union representative, and can also find wellbeing advice on the QMU@Home section of the website.
